Big news to share.

After nearly 10 years, our amazing Patient Advocate — Olja Marjanovic — is leaving Bauman Medical so she can spend more time with her family.

(Olja and her husband recently welcomed their second child.)

And while we’re sad to say goodbye to Olja, we’re excited to welcome Melissa Schwartz to our Patient Advocate team!

Meet Melissa Schwartz:

Melissa is joining the Bauman team after a 20+ year career serving clients in a variety of high-touch industries.

Her compassion, empathy, and exceptional analytical skills means she’s able to address the complex emotional and practical aspects of patient care.

Spend 5 minutes with Melissa and you’ll feel like she’s known you your whole life!

When she’s not serving patients, Melissa’s interests outside of work include fitness and volunteering.

Fun fact: Melissa also has a degree in Forensic Science. And early in her career she considered going into law enforcement.

I know she would have been great in law enforcement.

But I’m glad she chose a career path in client care instead.
