Trina Arce, MSN, NP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Director of Clinical and Administrative Operations at Bauman Medical. With nearly twenty years of medical and surgical patient-care experience, she specializes in diagnosing and managing hair loss and scalp disorders, focusing on long-term scalp health, regenerative medicine, and holistic wellness.

At Bauman Medical, Trina oversees daily clinical operations, leads a multidisciplinary team, and supports procedural and surgical days while ensuring accuracy, safety, and a seamless patient experience. She develops clinical protocols, provider-training materials, and documentation standards that reinforce high-quality care and consistent outcomes.

Trina has advanced expertise in PRP, exosomes, PDO threads, laser therapy, and a range of supportive scalp-health treatments. She is committed to bridging medical science with trichology to deliver individualized, comprehensive treatment plans.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marymount College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Trina is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Hair Loss Council, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds NP licenses in more than a dozen states and continues her education through programs such as the Italian Society for Hair Sciences and Dr. Donovan’s Evidence-Based Hair Fellowship.
